  • Business identity

A consistent address, phone and online presence across every record.

  • Business credit files

Understanding and establishing files with the business credit bureaus.

  • Bookkeeping

Keeping clean financial records so your business revenue and expenses are clear and verifiable.

  • Tax

Keeping your business tax returns and filings organized so lenders see an accurate financial picture.

  • Tax development

Structuring your business tax profile and strategy to meet lender requirements as your business grows.

Questions

Business funding, answered

What does “business funding readiness” mean?

Getting your business into a position lenders can take seriously: a properly registered entity, an EIN, a business bank account, established business credit files and organized documents. We help you build that foundation step by step.

Are you a lender?

No. Gold Star Credit is not a lender and doesn’t make loans. We help you prepare so you can approach lenders and financing options with confidence.

Can you guarantee I’ll get funded?

No one can honestly guarantee funding. Approval decisions, amounts and rates always come from the lender, based on your business and credit profile.

Does my personal credit matter for business funding?

Usually, yes — especially for newer businesses. Many lenders review the owner’s personal credit and may ask for a personal guarantee, which is why we often work on both.

Do I need an LLC first?

Not to start the conversation. But a properly registered business entity is one of the first things many lenders look for, and we can walk you through that step.
